This page explains basic membership, cancellation, and refund information for SilverBridge 50+ Connections.

Free and Paid Features

The live site should clearly show which features are free, which features require payment, and whether any trial automatically renews.

Billing

Membership price, billing cycle, renewal terms, taxes, and payment provider details should be shown before payment. Members should receive a receipt or confirmation after purchase.

Cancellation

Explain exactly how members cancel, when cancellation takes effect, and whether access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, refund window, partial-refund rules, and processing time should be clear before purchase. Approved refunds should be sent to the original payment method where possible.

Account Deletion

Membership cancellation and account deletion are different. Explain how members can delete a profile and how personal information is handled after deletion.
